Psychology in the Church

We are blessed to have Reverend Joyce Reece Kitchen, a Los Angeles native, as our pastor. She is a strong advocate for reading and education in general, and she practices what she preaches, as her credentials show. Her numerous degrees are as follows:

Bachelor of Sociology, University of Southern California (U.S.C)

M.S.W. The University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA)

Pastor Joyce (as she is fondly referred to) has a diverse and rich history of service to the community in addition to being an Itinerant Elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church.
