Pastor Walter T. Ragland
Elder Walter T. Ragland was baptized in 2003 and filled with the Holy Ghost in 2004, at Madison Pentecostal Assembly where Bishop Eugene Johnson is the Senior Pastor. Since then he has served in many capacities i.e. youth leader, gatekeeper, usher, local men’s department chairman, Christian educator, safety and security leader, outreach team member, and baptism committee member. Elder Ragland's most humbling act of service is when he was called into the ministry to preach the word of God in 2007.

Elder Ragland was born in Chicago, Illinois. His formal education consists of an Associate degree in Alcohol and Drug Counseling as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Elder Ragland currently works as a Director at Madison East Comprehensive Treatment Center, where he is making a profound impact on those who are addicted to drugs and alcohol. Elder Ragland has received several awards recognizing his work in the community including an appreciation from the Charles Hamilton Houston Institute where he was awarded the President’s Award for Outstanding Service.

In 2013, Elder Walter was installed as the Brotherhood Chairman for the Minnesota, Wisconsin, South Dakota, North Dakota Council (MWDDC). As a result of his leadership abilities at the local and district levels, Elder Ragland was encouraged to utilize his skills at the national level. In 2018, Elder Ragland became the Assistant Treasurer for the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World International Men's Ministry Auxiliary.

In August 2018, the time being right, Bishop Eugene Johnson acknowledged the calling on Elder Ragland’s life and sent him to Pastor at Appleton Pentecostal Assembly.

Elder Ragland has been married for over 14 years to Lady Tarsha Ragland and they have one daughter.
